Tom Borealis
DIRECTOR & SOFTWARE ENGINEER19 years in the web industry, specialising in full-stack development, API design, and DevOps. Deep experience with PHP and JavaScript, Symfony and Laravel. Previously ran his own consultancy for eight years and led a team at the NHS Information Centre.
At Lamp, Tom combines hands-on engineering with business development. He makes sure infrastructure is solid, deployments are safe, and systems cope with real-world load.

Between us, 43 years building and maintaining commercial software. Having two senior engineers who are both directors means there's no gap between the people making technical choices and the people responsible for the business outcome. When we say we'll own the architecture, we mean it personally.
